iPads are for sharing...

So I'm at the dealership getting my car serviced and there are two women across from me in the waiting area, each with their own iPhone and sharing an iPad.

They're reading websites, watching videos and ... Wait for it... Working. Yup on a Saturday no less. Scheduling appointments, reviewing PDF's and balancing a checkbook.

None of this is ground breaking of course, it's just so cool to see two people collaborating and getting work done while lounging in a waiting area without a bunch of cables all over the place and with devices that are so small you barely even notice they are there.

The future is now.
